Mystery Shopping Jobs
July 9, 2005

Have you thought about earning extra money by being a Mystery Shopper? Many companies around the world look for Mystery Shoppers, also known as Secret Shoppers, to help clients monitor their employees and customer service.

The pay involved can be purchase reimbursements or higher than $25 per shopping job depending on the company and the job requirements. Some people have successfully turned mystery shopping into a full time career for themselves, but most find it a fun hobby that can pay nicely.

To be a successful mystery shopper, you must be reliable, observant and impartial. Part of the job will require filling out evaluation forms or reports. Be as detailed and impartial as possible and remember facts are wanted - not emotions or opinions.

Apply to as many companies as possible that hire mystery shoppers. You will find a free list of companies offering mystery shopping jobs at WalletBoosters.com. The more companies you apply to, the better chance you have of being hired.

The best tip I can give to being a successful mystery shopper is to take the job seriously, but to also have fun with it. When you prove yourself to the mystery shopping job schedulers as someone who they can depend on, and someone who is a pleasure to work with and enjoys mystery shopping - you’ll notice more jobs coming your way.

There are companies that you can pay to provide you with leads to mystery shopping jobs, but it’s not necessary to do that. Most companies are free to join, the trick is to find them.

Try mystery shopping for yourself, it’s free, it’s fun and you get paid. You just may find mystery shopping a nice, rewarding hobby for yourself.
